Our on-site brewery includes a 15-barrel brewhouse, which produces all the beer for our greeter bar, main bar with 18 taps, and patio bar with 10 taps serving beer directly from the brite tanks. Beers on tap are brewed on-site by our award-winning brewing team along with a few guest & collaboration brews from local breweries and coffee roasters. Imperial Western also has a small barrel-aging program, which takes form in two large foeders. Each holds 7 barrels of beer, or about 217 gallons, and will result in a handful of limited edition bottles (stay tuned!). Don't forget to grab Crowlers™ and 6-packs to-go!

BREWMASTER | DEVON
Devon first got her start homebrewing in 2007 with Pacific Gravity Homebrew Club. In 2010, she began her brewing career in San Diego at the renowned Lost Abbey/Port Brewing. She started in the warehouse and quickly advanced to managing the famed barrel program. In 2012, she became the Head Brewer at Pizza Port where she won hardware at GABF, World Beer Cup, and more. In 2015, Devon returned to LA, where she played an integral part of Arts District Brewing Co.'s build-out and beer program along with ours in 2018.
HEAD BREWER | ERICK
Erick began his brewing journey in 2006 when he bought his first homebrewing kit. After attending the American Brewers Guild's Craftbrewers Apprenticeship in 2011, he spent 7 years at Eagle Rock Brewery. Erick joined the Arts District Brewing Co. and Imperial Western Beer Co. brewing team in May 2018. Erick's favorite beer? A crisp German Pilsner.
